What Should I Expect During a Harmony Massage®?

You will be greeted by Reanna and taken to our relaxing treatment room. You will be requested to complete a consultation form, allowing the treatment to be customized for you if required. Reanna will then carry out the full-body massage directly on your skin using oils, with certain areas treated over towels. The massage combines tried and tested ancient practices: Thai and Swedish massage, Womb (this is replaced for males), Sound Healing, Abdominal, Reflexology, Remedial, Aromatherapy and Reiki. During the session you may find yourself experiencing and acknowledging emotions, or you may drift off into a blissful state of relaxation. Reanna will record any findings in your body and feed these back to you after the treatment. Once your treatment is complete, Reanna will offer you a warm cup of tea and discuss how you found the massage and any insights she may have found.
