Reanna's approach centres on acknowledging and understanding emotions before guiding individuals in releasing and transforming them. For instance, addressing any lingering anger in the body and subsequently working towards achieving forgiveness when the individual feels ready too. Reanna customises her services through collaboration, ensuring personalized care for each individual. Creating a secure and empathic space, she fosters a sense of safety and relaxation. Reanna blends conventional talking therapy with elements from ancient traditions and global alternative medicine. Reanna’s Wellspring is focused on empowering clients to take control of their mental and physical health.
